Approving your Proofs
If you did not place your order yourself and someone from our team helped you to get your order into our system then at some point we will require you to login to approve your proof.
In order to do this simply Login by navigating to the upper right hand corner of this page and click on the link named "Log in | Register". The Login header will slide down and ask you to Login. If you do not know your Login information please Click Here.
Once you have logged in you will see at the top of the page a section called "Orders Needing Proof Approval". Please find the appropriate Proof and click on "View/Approve Proof" button next to it. This will take you to a page where you can view the proof more closely or download a pdf version of the Proof for further review.
After you have inspected the Proof you can Approve the Proof by signing(typing) in the box named "Approval Signature" and clicking the "Approve Proofs" button.
If the proof looks incorrect or if you need changes made to your proof please go to one of the bright red buttons on the same page named either "I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY PROOF" or "MY PROOF DOES NOT LOOK CORRECT" and follow the instructions. After you have made your request for art changes a member of our team will contact you regarding them or make the changes and send you a new proof.
