envelope designs. You should know that there are very few envelope design
software programs that can properly create art work for commercial envelope
printing. Click here for a list of the acceptable software programs. If you have
a professional designer that you work with you can rest easy that they will
likely create acceptable envelope print files. If you do not have a professional
designer we offer design services at very reasonable rates. We have developed
many different corporate envelope designs over the years and have a wealth of
experience in this regard. However, for those “do it yourself” types with an
entrepreneurial spirit please note that you should never create your own
envelope design for commercial printing in any type of Microsoft software
program as it will probably not be print ready and will still need set-up before
it can be printed.
Envelope Printing – Colors, Sizes, Paper Stocks, Coatings
We do high quality envelope printing full color one sided or on both sides. Full
color is also known four color process. Four color process (CMYK) is a method
used in commercial envelope printing to create full color photo quality images.
Our online envelope printing services offer a few different paper stock options.
They are as follows: 70# Uncoated Text, 70# Uncoated Text (Go Green). These
papers were chosen to allow your envelope printing in either cover or text
weight papers, either coated or uncoated papers, as well as regular or recycled
papers. The “Go Green” paper stocks are recycled papers made of 10% post
consumer waste and 30% recycled. The different envelope sizes we offer are
9.5”x4.125”, 5.75”x4.375”, 5.25”x7.25”, 6”x9”, 12”x9”, 12.5”x9.5” and 10”x13”.
These different envelope sizes can be printed in full color or black ink only as
shown in the price calculator. Our envelope printing services come in only one
coating option Uncoated (No Coating) both sides.
